Abbeymill Estates specialises in land promotion, which supplies developers with land that is ‘ready to go’ and fast-tracks the sales and supply process.
The Abbeymill team navigates the planning system to achieve residential planning permission at its own cost and has a share of net sales proceeds when the site is sold to a development partner on the open market.
We are especially proud of the genuine partnerships we create with our landowners. We use our expertise to manage every step of the process, removing potential stress and uncertainty by resolving any challenges which may arise. Our central focus is always on outstanding service in the most efficient way.
We carefully consider locations on which to develop, maximising land potential right from the start of the process, focusing on end value and marketability. Our land and planning team include experienced land managers, planners, designers, and architects, who all work together to optimise land delivery and obtain planning permission as efficiently as possible.
This has resulted in us having a success rate of over 90%, compared to most land promoters who struggle to achieve 50%.

It is Abbeymill’s objective to consider local ideas and proposals before submitting planning applications for approval.
Abbeymill aim to keep all key stakeholders informed and consulted at every stage of the process – also with those working closely with authorities and residents, including local people. A continuous flow of information has proven to be invaluable over the years with approval given to many sites due to a key part of the process of maintaining good relationships, even when some developments\land sales cause tension within the local community.
